ince arpentieri was born in Naples in 1976. In 1989 he started studying classical guitar at the San Pietro Conservatory in Majella where he qualified in solfeggio. At the beginning of the 90's, influenced by the guitar fever of those years, he changed to the electric guitar, entrusting his learning to various teachers and in particular to Umberto Fiorentino. In 1999 he decided to move to Los Angeles in order to attend the Musicians Institute (G.I.T.), where he was awarded a Professional Honours diploma. It was in the United States that Vince started his professional career with the help of such musicians as Scott Henderson, Daniel Gilbert, Ross Bolton and Jean Mark Belkadi, pillars of his musical formation and an important part of his musical influences. From 2000 to 2001 his guitar accompanied the singer/songwriter Jenny Vella on her Italian tour, “Angeli a Metà”. At the same time he collaborated for ten editions of the guitar magazine, “AXE Magazine”. In 2002 he won a prize for Best Guitarist in a national competition for new groups called “New Generation”, organised by the governmental department for Political Youth of Castelfidardo (AN). He also played live with “Magazzini Cafiero”, limiting his performances to the Campania region in order to contemporarily collaborate with the “Chitarre” (Guitars) magazine and with the “Playgame Music” publishers for whom he produced two volumes of transcriptions: “Il fraseggio e l'improvvisazione nella chitarra rock” (Sello ed. Playgame Music) and “Imagery Suite” (Gambale/Colonna ed. Playgame). In his spare time he also produced a CD of guitar baselines “Basi per chitarra Heavy Metal” (Playgame). The year 2003 saw a fruitful collaboration with the singer Valeria Guida (ex-chorus girl for Gigi D'Alessio, Peppino Di Capri, Gino Paoli and Laura Pausini). Among their main exhibitions were New Year 2004 in Piazza Maggiore, Bologna in front of 27,000 spectators; Alcatraz (Milano) and Baia Imperiale (BO) in June 2004; three summer tours in the south of Italy; and numerous weekly dates in some for the best-known clubs in Rome. The year 2003 also saw the release of Vince's first didactic video, “Suonare la chitarra funk”, in collaboration with Playgame Music. In this production he was given the opportunity to deliver to the public the fruit of his rhythm guitar studies in a progressive method and with a direct and immediate approach. In 2004 Vince continued his experience with the Valeria Guida Band and also appeared at the NAMM show in Los Angeles and at the Second Hand Guitars show in Milan, demonstrating the use of Gallistrings guitar stirngs and VF Guitarworks guitars (he still endorses Gallistrings today) in a series of performances with just guitar and pedals, capturing the attention both of the general public and of the journalists who were present at the event.

In 2005 he co-wrote the arrangement for the album “Pranava Rainbow” for the singer Shara, and also the track “Sopra il mio cuore” by Simona Molinari. This track, two weeks after the definitive mix, was classified in the top 40 at the Sanremo Accademy and was selected for the Sardinia Festival compilation. In September he consolidtaed his didactic experience by taking over the Cantine Sonore school both as director and as teacher. In the summer of 2005 Vince collaborated with the rising star of Italian singer/songwriters, Alessio Caraturo, for the summer tour of “Ciò che Desidero”, the follow-up to his golden disc for the single “Goldrake”. In the autumn of 2005 he joined Sabrina Guida's band (BMG). Known to the general public for her particiaption at the Festival of Sanremo in the spring of 2005 with the song “Vorrei”, Vince continued his musical activity with the Sabrina's band in all of the major clubs in Italy. In its October edition, the magazine “Chitarre” dedicated a two page interview to Alessio Caraturo's tour. In the same month, Vince was the official translator for the seminars held in Campania by Mike Keneally and Brian Beller (Frank Zappa Band), organised by Backline Music. Since August 2006, Vince has been accompanying Almamegretta on their summer tour to promote their album “Dubfellas”. August also saw the publication of his first didactic column in the magazine “Chitarre”. In 2006 Vince start collaborating with Dabol a new neapolitan rockamuffin project. In November of the same year, the italian label Gibilterra publishestheir first Cd "Sisma". After the record comes out, the band start a 4 month long promotion tour and began collaboration with interesting artist such as Easy Star All Star, Sud Sound System and Caparezza.
In January 2007 start recording guitars for new Almamegretta record out in March2008.

Spring of 2007 Vince starts arranging and producing new independent Fasi Alterne ed some Lounge Music (out in spring 2008).
Vince is again on tour with Almamegretta for Summer 2007, this year the band will be fronted in some dates by the singer Raiz (universal).
